4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Transit Risk: Once an order is handed to a carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer.

  • Cancellations: Due to our automated fulfillment systems, orders cannot be cancelled once they have reached the "Processing" or "Shipped" status.
