Warranty Statement

Shintaro products are designed and manufactured with the needs of our customers in mind and are intended to perform in accordance with their specified design and purpose.

This Limited Product Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a Shintaro product purchased directly from Multimedia Technology Pty Ltd or through an authorised reseller.

Multimedia Technology Pty Ltd warrants that each product is free from defects in design, materials, workmanship, and manufacturing under normal use from the date of the original purchase for the warranty period specified in this document (or until the product is discontinued, where applicable).

The structural frame of the Product is warranted for two (2) years from the date of the original purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

Consumable and Limited-Life Components

One (1) Year Limited Warranty

Cables, fasteners, and other components with an expected limited service life are warranted for one (1) year from the date of the original purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

What Is Covered

This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal use and service within the applicable warranty period.

What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, improper installation, improper maintenance, or use contrary to the product instructions.

Damage caused by unauthorised modification, alteration, or repair.

Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic deterioration that does not affect the functionality or performance of the Product.

Damage caused by external events, including fire, flood, lightning, power surges, or other acts beyond the reasonable control of Multimedia Technology Pty Ltd.
